2) Contact One of Our Japan Experts
If you are like most travelers the more research you do the more questions you have. If you have questions please contact our Japan experts and ask. They will help you create your idea itinerary and answer any of your questions. All of our Japan experts have lived in Japan and speak Japanese. 3) Receive a Detailed Itinerary Proposal
Your Japan expert will create and send you a detailed itinerary proposal and quote for you. This will include train times, destination introduction, accommodations, meals included, private guides and all the items you talked about including in your tour.
4) Refine You Itinerary
While reading through your Itinerary Proposal you may find that you would like to make some changes. This is fine and your Japan expert will work with you to refine and polish your tour.
5) Confirm
Now that you are satisfied with your itinerary it is time to fill out our reservation for and pay your deposit. We will then secure all of your accommodations and other details of your tour.
6) Stay in Touch
It is normal to have further questions about your trip to Japan and your Japan expert is there for you to answer all of your questions.
