1. Fill out our Contact Form to start the conversation.
2. We will suggest an itinerary based on your preferences and interests.
3. We will take the time to talk with you to make any adjustments you request.
4. We will then create an itinerary proposal including exact prices and other details.
5. If you like what you see then we will ask you to fill out our reservation form and pay a deposit. If you want to make changes then that is OK too.
6. Once we receive your deposit, we will make the arrangements for your tour and finalize everything. At this point we may have to change hotels if the one in the proposed itinerary are fully booked.
7. Final payment is due 45 days before the start of your tour.
8. Thirty days before the start of your tour we will mail you your Detailed Tour Packet with everything you need for your tour.
9. All you have to do now is Enjoy.
